Rates and Insurance
I believe everyone deserves access to therapy. I use a 5 tier model to determine payment costs.
Tier 1
Under 30k/year: under $50/session. We will discuss together to determine your payment.
Tier 2
30k-60k/year: $50/session
Tier 3
60k-90k/year: $100/session
Tier 4
90k-150k/year- $150/session
Tier 5
150k and above- $200/session
Insurance Accepted
NorCal Kaiser- Please note that copays are determined by Kaiser.
Superbills
I am happy to provide a superbill that you can give to your insurance company to request reimbursement. Please know, that they make determinations on reimbursement.
